Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Stk-Ai ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, then you may not access the Service.

Description of Service

Stk-Ai is a financial data and analytics platform that provides users with research tools, market insights, stock screening capabilities, portfolio tracking, and related financial information services. The Service aggregates and presents financial data from various sources for informational purposes.

Eligibility

You must be at least sixteen (16) years old to create an account or otherwise use the Service. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.

User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and identification
• Accept all responsibility for activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by contacting us via the "Send feedback" option in the app sidebar. We will process verified deletion requests within thirty (30) days, subject to retention obligations under applicable law (for example, billing and tax records).

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or illegal content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use automated systems to access the Service without authorization
• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission

Financial Information Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: The information provided by Stk-Ai is for informational and educational purposes only. It is not intended as financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. You should not rely on this information as the sole basis for making investment decisions.

You are solely responsible for your investment decisions and their outcomes. Stk-Ai is not responsible for any trading or investment losses—including loss of capital—that result from your use of the Service or from relying on information we provide.

Stk-Ai does not:

• Provide personalized investment advice
• Recommend specific securities or investment strategies
• Guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information
• Endorse or recommend any particular investment

You should consult with qualified financial advisors, accountants, or other professionals before making any investment decisions. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

Subscriptions, Billing & Refunds

Stk-Ai offers an optional Premium subscription (software-as-a-service) that unlocks additional features inside the web application. Premium is sold as recurring digital access only — we do not sell consultations, custom research, bespoke reports, or trade execution services.

Plans. Premium is available as Basic Monthly (USD $9.00 per month) or Basic Yearly (USD $90.00 per year). Prices, features, and plan names may change; the price shown at checkout applies to your purchase.

Free trial. New subscribers may receive a free trial (currently 14 days). You will not be charged until the trial ends if you do not cancel before then. Trial length and eligibility are determined at checkout by our payment provider.

Payment processing. Subscription payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record for card charges, receipts, and applicable sales tax. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.

Billing & renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before renewal. You may cancel at any time from Preferences → Billing in the app or via the Lemon Squeezy customer portal linked from that page. If you cancel, you retain Premium access until the end of the current paid period (or trial), after which your account returns to the free tier.

Refunds. Except where required by applicable law, subscription fees are generally non-refundable, including partial periods after a trial converts to paid billing. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us via the in-app feedback option or request a refund through Lemon Squeezy according to their policies and your local consumer rights. Nothing in this section limits mandatory refund rights under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law or equivalent laws in your jurisdiction.

No performance guarantees. Premium provides access to tools and data for educational and informational use. We do not guarantee investment results, signal accuracy, or profitability.

Data Accuracy and Availability

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we do not warrant or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any data, information, or content available through the Service. Financial data is subject to change without notice, and delays in data transmission may occur.

The Service may be unavailable from time to time due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Stk-Ai and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works, publicly display, or otherwise use any content from the Service without our prior written permission.

Third-Party Services and Links

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Stk-Ai. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that Stk-Ai shall not be responsible or liable for any damage or loss caused by or in connection with the use of any such third-party content or services.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, Stk-Ai SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL Stk-Ai'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRIOR TO THE ACTION GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable mandatory law, including but not limited to the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, and any equivalent consumer-protection legislation in your jurisdiction (such as statutory rights for consumers in the EU and UK). Where any provision of this section is held unenforceable in respect of a particular claim, that provision shall be modified only to the extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remainder of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Stk-Ai and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

You may terminate your account at any time by discontinuing use of the Service or by contacting us through our website.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.
